I no longer want my order, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us to cancel the order via email. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot stop it anymore.
If you no longer want the item, please refuse the package upon delivery. Once it is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund via bank transfer.
How do I return my order?
You have a period of 14 calendar days to return your product.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding returns to obtain the address to which you can return your product and send us the necessary withdrawal form.
Upon receipt, we will process your refund.
Returns must be sent in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), with your delivery note and/or invoice. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned items will not be accepted.
I returned my product to your warehouse, when will I be refunded?
The processing time for returns is 15 days from the receipt at our warehouse. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account associated with the payment method used.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
